The practice size is limited, so you receive all the attention you need.

CONTINUITY OF CARE/PHYSICIAN ONLY CARE

Dr. Gilbert is the only physician. There is no NP or PA. As such, she knows all her patients very well.

COORDINATION OF CARE

Dr. Gilbert is your healthcare advocate, coordinating all aspects of your care and getting you appointments with specialists in a timely fashion.

24/7 CARE

In addition to in person and telemedicine services, we are just a phone call away, day or night.

Wellness Program: A holistic approach

Fitness, nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress reduction techniques, lifestyle changes

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP FEE?

Unlimited office visits, telemedicine, phone calls, lab work, ECG, most vaccines.

Travel medicine and Infectious Disease consultations (including Lyme disease)

House calls are only available in certain locations and incur an extra charge

You can use your FSA or HSA to pay your membership.

We do not accept insurance. You will receive an itemized bill every visit, to submit to your insurance company, for out of network reimbursement.
